Sabrina Jones talk and signing

Graphic novelist, political cartoonist and painter Sabrina Jones will be giving a public talk on her career tomorrow (Wednesday July 3) at Fayerweather Hall room 113, Amherst College, Amherst, MA at 1:00 PM, followed by a signing at Modern Myths, 34 Bridge St., in Northampton, MA from 4:00-6:00 PM.

Sabrina Jones is the author of Isadora Duncan: A Graphic Biography, and one of America’s foremost political and feminist comics artists, the cartoonist for the graphic novels Race to Incarcerate and FDR and the New Deal, a member of World War 3 Illustrated, and artistic contributor to The Real Cost of Prisons and Wobblies!
This public lecture is part of “Caboom!!! The Impact of Comics Worldwide,” A Mellon Five-College Faculty-Student Research Summer Seminar taught by N. Christopher Couch, Ilan Stavans, and Amanda Seaman.
